PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION
Bross & Group prides itself on offering its clients quality legal services provided with personal, professional, attention. Clients can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by a knowledgeable, friendly staff. The firm strives to ensure that telephone calls are returned within a reasonable period of time, clients are kept informed of significant developments in their cases, and the best possible results are achieved. While no attorney can ever guarantee success, Mr. Bross and Mr. Group have compiled an outstanding record of favorable results, and they have satisfied literally thousands of clients over the years. They are proud of the fact that the majority of their clients have been referred to them by other satisfied clients, many of whom have been kind enough to send us notes of "thanks" (a few of which may be found just below).
Mr. Bross personally reviews every case undertaken by the firm, and, unlike many larger firms, Mr. Bross attends the vast majority of Social Security hearings (New Jersey).
Bross and Group is happy to provide client references to all prospective clients. Please call us and let us know how we can help you with your questions, concerns, and needs.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS
David S. Bross and Richard L. Group are trial attorneys in private practice, who concentrate in Social Security Disability/SSI claims. The firm maintains primary offices in Cherry Hill, Mount Holly, and Philadelphia, along with secondary locations throughout Southern and Central New Jersey. Both Mr. Bross and Mr. Group have represented thousands of satisfied clients over the years, litigating numerous cases within the tri-state region.
David S. Bross
Mr. Bross has been licensed in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1981. Before opening his own office in 1995, Mr. Bross was the chief New Jersey partner for 10 years for the civil litigation firm of Marks, Feiner, Fridkin & Bross. Mr. Bross was formerly a Benefit Authorizer for the Social Security Administration in New York, and has utilized his experience to compile an outstanding record of success representing clients before the Social Security Administration. Mr. Bross is a sustaining and active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the New Jersey chapter of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), and various county associations. Mr. Bross has served as an insurance arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the court-administered arbitration programs in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Philadelphia counties. He is also a certified arbitrator for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (federal court), where his most recent victory against a long-term disability insurer was published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
Mr. Bross speaks frequently on disability and insurance issues to various local support groups as well as to physicians and attorneys. He most recently lectured on Social Security Disability/SSI issues to other attorneys on behalf of the National Business Institute. He was selected by his colleagues as one of South Jersey's "Top Attorneys" in the August 2005 edition of SJ Magazine, and was voted an "Awesome Attorney" by his clients in South Jersey Magazine's 2007 and 2008 polls.
Mr. Bross volunteers his time, resources, and expertise to a number of local charitable and service organizations, including the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Deborah Heart and Lung Center, the Arthritis Foundation, and the Pinelands Preservation Alliance. He recently concluded working for Trial Lawyers Care, providing free legal services to victims of the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attack.
A graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick and Rutgers School of Law in Camden, he resides in Cherry Hill with his wife and two children.
Richard L. Group
Like Mr. Bross, Mr. Group is a trial attorney licensed in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, practicing since 1985. Mr. Group heads up the Philadelphia office of Bross & Group, where he is a long-time member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a panelist on its Lawyer Referral and Information Service. He served for many years as an arbitrator with the court-administered arbitration program in Philadelphia County. Mr. Group is also a member of ATLA-NJ, NOSSCR and the Philadelphia Bar Association's Social Security Disability Benefits Committee.
Bross & Group will litigate Social Security appeals through the federal courts if and when necessary, sometimes obtaining considerable "back benefits" for its clients. Mr. Group oversees the firm's appellate practice, obtaining frequent victories in Social Security appeals with the "Appeals Council" (at the administrative level) and against the U.S. Attorney's office, which represents the Social Security Administration (at the federal court level). A recent success in a federal appeal of a Social Security Disability case resulted in a remand by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Another recent victory in a federal district court appeal of a disability case was published in the NOSSCR Forum. Mr. Group has also concentrated in the area of New Jersey Workers' Compensation for over 20 years and heads the firm's Workers' Compensation practice.
